For nearly a decade, I have been honored to call King George County my home—a place where neighbors support one another, traditions run deep, and our shared values shape a vibrant future. As a proud resident, I have dedicated myself to serving our community with integrity, striving to uphold the principles of hard work, fiscal responsibility, and family-centered decision-making that make King George exceptional. My journey in public service began when I earned the distinction of becoming one of the youngest elected officials in King George County’s history—a milestone that reflects not only my commitment but also the trust our community placed in me.
As the Director of Soil and Water Conservation, I have championed conservative values, advocating for sustainable practices that preserve our natural resources for future generations while supporting our agricultural heritage. This role demanded a balance of innovation and stewardship, requiring me to listen to stakeholders, analyze complex challenges, and deliver solutions that benefit all of King George. Through this work, I’ve gained a deep understanding of what it means to serve with accountability and foresight—qualities I bring to every decision I make.
In addition to my conservation efforts, I have served on the King George County Budget Committee for two consecutive budget cycles, an experience that honed my ability to manage public resources with care and precision. During my tenure, I worked tirelessly to maintain fiscal discipline, scrutinizing every line item to ensure taxpayer dollars were allocated wisely and effectively. Whether it was prioritizing essential services, supporting infrastructure improvements, or safeguarding against wasteful spending, I approached each budget with a commitment to transparency and the needs of our residents. These experiences taught me the importance of asking tough questions, seeking input from diverse voices, and making decisions that strengthen our community without burdening families.
This hands-on experience in leadership and resource management has equipped me with the skills, insights, and resolve to tackle the challenges facing our schools. It is with this foundation that I am now running for the King George County School Board—a role where I can make a meaningful difference for our children, families, and educators. My campaign is driven by a clear vision: to elevate academic excellence, empower parents, and ensure our schools reflect the values that define our community.
As a School Board candidate, I am committed to improving test scores by supporting teachers with the tools and resources they need to inspire student success. I believe in fostering environments where every child can thrive academically, whether through targeted programs, updated curricula, or innovative teaching methods tailored to our students’ needs. Equally important is strengthening parental involvement—an issue close to my heart. Parents are the cornerstone of education, and I will work to create open channels of communication, ensuring families have a seat at the table in shaping policies and priorities. From town halls to regular updates, I’ll advocate for transparency so parents feel heard and respected.
Above all, I want our schools to be places where the values of King George—hard work, community pride, and respect for one another—are woven into everything we do. This means fostering safe, disciplined classrooms where students learn not only academics but also the character and responsibility that prepare them for life. It means ensuring our schools remain true to the principles that unite us, free from divisive agendas. As a conservative leader, I will stand firm in defending these priorities while remaining open to collaboration and practical solutions that benefit all.
My decade in King George has been more than just a residency—it’s been a calling to serve, to listen, and to lead with purpose. From conserving our land to balancing our budgets, I’ve proven my ability to deliver results that matter. Now, I’m asking for your support to bring that same dedication to our School Board. Together, we can build a stronger, smarter, and more united school system—one that equips our children to succeed and reflects the heart of King George County. I humbly ask for your vote, and I pledge to serve with the same energy, accountability, and passion that I’ve brought to every role in our community.
